I totally believe in Real Estate as an investment, as "passive" income is always handy, and can be a huge help if a family member needs care.
I came to Real Estate as a career from Teaching... and have enjoyed very successful times, and sold literally thousands of houses!
In 2002 my partner, Morris, and I left and sailed our own boat round the World for several years, visiting nearly sixty countries!
We saw many types of housing on that trip!
We came back to a different scene... the INTERNET had taken over!
But... It's still about matching PEOPLE and PROPERTY! Great fun! and very satisfying!
